    BEAUTIFUL BRAND NEW with tags ALVINA VALENTA OVERSKIRT. My intention on purchasing this beautiful overskirt was to have this on during the ceremony and then take it off for the reception. I ended up going with a ballgown for the entire night.  The tag size of the overskirt is a 12, but I am 5'2, 125.
