This is a Vintage Ceramic Paul Cardew Design (England) Teddy Bears Small 6 fl. oz. Teapot
. It is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks present with a small amount of crazing on the bottom (please see picture #12). It measures about 3-1/2" tall x 6" wide from handle to spout x 3" deep.
