Shipping:
Large and heavy items are available for local pick-up only. Upon request, we can refer a reputable local trucking or commercial packaging company to directly coordinate your packaging and shipping needs at your own expense. There is no obligation or incentive to use any referral. I

Storage Policy:
Items are required to be removed within forty-five (45) days of receipt of payment unless an agreement in writing states otherwise. Items left beyond the 45 days will be subject to storage fees beginning on the forty-sixth (46
th
) day of .00 (USD) per day, per item.  Items left beyond ninety (90) days will be considered abandoned and the customer forfeits the rights to the item or items.
Payment & Sales Tax:
Payment via PayPal must be received within 7 days. We are required to collect CA sales tax (9%) unless a tax exempt form for the state of CA is on file. If you are tax exempt please supply us with your tax exempt form. The invoice will automatically charge tax so please notify us at the time of invoice to have it removed.
